Fathom had some exciting results with of one their customers, and they wanted to showcase those results in a series of video testimonials to help drive growth efforts.
This required not just video production, but the ability to work with busy c-suite clients in a way that matched Fathom’s professionalism with their clients.

Despite never having worked in the world of medical coding before, Rally On quickly got up to speed and helped Fathom shape the stories we would ultimately capture to help potential customers understand why they needed to work with Fathom.
Our goal was to take something complex - AI medical coding - and simplify it without losing nuance.
We also wanted to make sure we captured the unique perspectives of each customer we were interviewing.
The Rally On team hired a local film crew, and flew in a director for the shoot. On the day of production, we captured 3 different testimonials from the COO, CIO, and CQO of Fathom's client. We provided hair and makeup services to make sure everyone was looking good and feeling good on camera, and then worked with them, asking questions and drawing out the testimonial narrative.
"I was surprised at how little intervention and involvement was required from me, " says Ward, who was on set that day. "I felt like I could give Rally On full direction to guide those conversations and pull out the story that we were hoping to tell. It was very important to us to work with a vendor who would treat our clients really well and be mindful of their time. "
"And actually, once we finished shooting and caught up with our clients afterward, they all spoke about how much they felt like they were treated well by Alex and the team and that that he was running a very tight ship and kept them all on the program. This was our first trial with a video like this, and it gave all of our team a lot of confidence that we can work with Rally On and know they will treat our clients as well as we would do ourselves. "
From there, we produced individual videos for each customer, as well as a short compilation video.
These videos now live on Fathom’s homepage and social channels. They’re sent out in sales emails, played at events, and more. They're used repeatedly in the process of driving prospects down the funnel towards a conversion.
Purchasing a service like Fathom requires buy-in from lots of stakeholders at a client organization, so by capturing and telling those stories effectively at Fathom’s client site, we created assets that can be used to overcome almost any objection.
