A beloved NYC Sports star and a beloved internet meme. Sounds like the perfect Grubhub commercial. We brought together NFL star Saquon Barkley and @DudeWithSign to help promote two new Grubhub offerings, the Grubhub Guarantee and Grubhub+, to the NYC market.
When we found our talent, we were inspired by the classic duo, Jay and Silent Bob (Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma). Saquon delivers a talking point, DudeWithSign silently supports with his sign. The spots were a hit and people across NYC got introduced to a new classic duo.
